Honesty –
we have lied so long as we were active in our addiction,
we have to work very hard to change the lying to truth
telling. The lies have truly become a part of our
being. But with Jesus as our Power, He can change us
from within -- practicing honesty then becomes one of
our prominent characteristics.
When we
practice honesty – we see that it comes easily the next
time ...
Then the next time, then the next time,
then ...
“The LORD is righteous in all his ways
and loving toward all he has made. The LORD is near to
all who call on him, to all who call on him in truth.
He fulfills the desires of those who fear him; he hears
their cry and saves them.” -- Psalm 145:17-19
Trust in the LORD with all
your heart
and lean not on your own
understanding;
in all your ways acknowledge him,
and he will direct your paths.
