A way of life, a change. A
CHOICE!
We have already proven in our addiction
that we do not have 'will power'. But we always have a
choice. We choose to go to meetings, we choose to work
the steps, we choose to rely on God and ask Him to
indwell us.
It is rather quite simple - CHOOSE -
SELECT - PICK - -
Deuteronomy 30:18-20 (New International
Version)

I declare to you this day that you will certainly be
destroyed. You will not live long in the land you are
crossing the Jordan to enter and possess.

This day I call heaven and earth as witnesses against
you that I have set before you life and death, blessings
and curses. Now choose life, so that you and your
children may live

and that you may love the LORD your God, listen to his
voice, and hold fast to him. For the LORD is your life,
and he will give you many years in the land he swore to
give to your fathers, Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.
STEP TWO: Is about the birth of faith in
us.
I believe that GOD, through Jesus Christ
and the Holy Spirit, will restore me to sanity.

STEP TWO PRAYER
God, I'm standing at the
turning point of my life right now.
I know in my heart that only you can
restore me to sanity.
I humbly ask that you remove all
twisted thought & addictive behavior from
me this day.
Heal my spirit & restore in me a clear
mind.
Give me your protection and
care as I abandon myself to you
and for me to give-up my old
ways
and forget my old ideas just
for today.
AMEN
